We’re hanging out at Fremont Indian State Park in Sevier County, a fun and historical place that is home to 3,000 rock art panels! The park is focused on the thousand-year-old Fremont culture with plenty of educational opportunities for the whole family.
The park features two campgrounds, fishing and of course, trails! The fantastic Paiute Trail System runs through the heart of the park and you know we took some time to explore.
Our field producer Tim Roberts brings a bucket list experience to life for us in this week’s “Where To” when he goes river rafting in the Grand Canyon! As one of the most challenging adventures in the outdoors, this trip covers 300 miles of rapids, rushing water and rocky caverns and takes nearly three weeks to complete.
SlikRok Productions talks comfort in this week’s “What’s New,” and your comfort out on the trail is chiefly impacted by your seat. Simpson Seats are Curt’s favorite and can be made in any style and color with a number of customization options including heaters.
Fore! We spark some friendly competition in this week’s “Along the Way” at the First Annual First Responders Golf Tournament at Conestoga Golf Club in Mesquite, Nevada. This event provides equipment for local law enforcement and the fire department.
Kudos to Eagles Landing Travel Plazas, which regularly organizes benefits for first responders to show them appreciation for their selfless work in our communities.
