Then, Ria and Chad are heading back to Montana to live the prospector’s lifestyle as they try their hand at Gold Panning. This week on At Your Leisure, we’re off on a Daniels Summit Summer excursion as we join the folks at UTV Utah and Karl Malone for a fun filled ride in the mountains. Then, we’re going to learn about some of the history of the mining towns of Rainbow and Watson, as we head out to the Uinta Basin to visit the Outlaw ATV Jamboree. Then, we’re off to Duchenne County to share the dedication of the beautiful Fred Hayes State Park in honor of our dear friend Fred Hayes. Finally, we followed the next generation of Paris boys see how they use their trailers not only to have fun but also to stay connected to their friends and family.

Finally, Reece and Marianne Stein show us some out of place wildlife on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington state as they take us to Olympic National Park. Coming up this week on At Your Leisure, we are taking the kids to hills as we visit the historical Miners park in Marysvale. Then, we’re headed out for another fun ride out of beaver and up into the Tushar Mountains as we visit Beaver Adventure Days! Finally, we take a trip to the coast as we help a non-profit organization “Surf Rider” as they host a beach clean-up event in San Diego.
It’s a Lake Powell fall adventure week on At Your Leisure with the Yardleys from Eagles Landing, treat us to a wonderful weekend on the lake featuring my favorite, wave runners! Then, we head out to the Water Hollow Ranch in Bluebell Utah! Running now through October 26th they’ll have a witch’s hollow, creep farm, and a pumpkin patch! But we went for the kick-off to the fall festivities as they had a 5k benefit run through their out of this world corn maze! Finally, Reece Stein takes us out to the place where his love for the outdoors all began with his first catch! It’s all jumping your way right now!
This week we are back at it again and his time we’re taking the family out to Snow Canyon State Park to do some original off-roading and follow it up with a beautiful hike to the lava tubes. Then, we’re following the lone peak four-wheelers on an exciting adventure through some new territory on the Italian Creek Pass just outside of Gunnison Colorado. Finally, we get to rev up the RPM’s and show you some fast-paced, high flying action as the AYL crew visits the Nitro World Games at the Utah Motorsports Campus. It’s all headed your way right now!
This week it’s time for spooks and goals we head down to Marysville for the Halloween Howell. Then we visit the 26th annual American Heritage Festival at the Tao James Park into Willow Valley. What’s that you say? Where it’s a place where the sights and sounds of the old West come alive. Finally, Reece Stein visits a spooky place of his own in Halifax, Nova Scotia as he takes us to the graveyard of over 100 souls lost on the Titanic. it’s all scaring your way right now, At Your Leisure is next.
This week we are headed down for an educational ride as we visit the Brian Head area and learn about some of the aftermath of the fire that burned across nearly 71,000 acres of Utah’s landscape then we are headed down to Richfield as the friends of the Piute Trail host but 2019 banquet which this year will feature an introduction to the Hall of Fame award the prize for one of our greatest friends. Finally, we are headed out to the Bonneville salt Flats to recap popular events on the salt as we visit the 2019 speed week.
This week we are headed down to Ticaboo for the first annual Ticaboo rally which features a great ride, that takes a sauce from the lodge and into the Henry mountain range. Then, we’re following NOVACC as they host a great trails convention that features leaders of the off-road and outdoor communities and helps them better understand the principles of trail design. Finally, Reece and Marianne take us out to one of the most unusual wedding venues in the state as they head out to the church of dirt.

This renowned area in Wayne County was previously closed off to motorized recreation, but is finally open again! To celebrate, Chad and Ria are taking off into the dirt with some local government officials to show off the beauty, and incredible trails of this area! Your opinion and your access to lands matters, so make sure your voice is heard to keep our amazing recreation areas open!

Just outside this incredible reservoir are some top-of-the-line trails! Check out the Joshua trees and red rocks that make Southern Utah famous and take your group out for either a quick ride, or make and entire day out of it! Gunlock Reservoir has many amenities, and its close access to these trails make it the perfect place to recreate!

Katy Yardley from Eagles Landing is showing off this incredible recipe made with Yardley’s Premium Beef! This mouthwatering dish will have everyone in your family coming back for seconds!
What you need:
2 tbsp oil
2 lbs Yardley Steak Burger
2 packets of spaghetti seasoning
1 can of tomato paste
Salt and Pepper
30 ounces of San Marzano Tomatoes
15 ounces of Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp of organic cane sugar
2-3 cups of beef broth
1 tbsp on Worcestershire
2 cups of uncooked pasta
Shredded cheese
Basil leaves
Steps:
2 tbsp oil – put in the pot
Then put in 2 lbs Yardley Steak Burger
Add a pinch of Salt and Pepper
Cool until meat is browned
Add 2 packets of spaghetti seasoning and mix well
Add 1 can of tomato paste and mix well
Add 30 ounces of San Marzano Tomatoes
Add 15 ounces of Tomato Sauce
Add 2 tbsp of organic cane sugar
Add 2-3 cups of beef broth
Add 1 tbsp on Worcestershire
Once this comes to a complete boil add 2 cups of uncooked pasta
Completely stir in pasta
Cover the pot
Cook for ten minutes while stirring occasionally to prevent pasta sticking to the bottom
Uncover and cook for two more minutes
Top with shredded cheese and garnish with basil leaves before serving!

What you’ll need:
2 lbs Yardley Premium Beef
one diced onion
two large finely diced carrots
one can of tomato paste
1 cup of beef broth
brown gravy mix
Worcestershire
Kitchen Bouquet
1 cup corn
1 cup peas
mashed potatoes
shredded cheese
chopped chives for garnish
Steps:
preheat oven to 375
Start by cooking your ground meat in a pan
add a pinch of salt and pepper
let meat brown
add diced onion and carrots
let onions and carrots soften
add one can of tomato paste
Then in a separate bowl combine
beef broth
and 2-3 TBSP of brown gravy mix
1 TBSP Worcestershire
one splash of kitchen bouquet
whisk this all together then pour into pan with meat
add one cup of corn
add one cup peas
mix well
then level it out
add layer of mashed potatoes
top with shredded cheese
bake for 30 minutes
let rest for 15 minutes
garnish with chives and serve

Chad and Ria are heading out to beautiful Kane County to take a tour with the Kanab Touring Company! They check out Kelly Grade and give you some helpful tips to stay safe and healthy while enjoying the extensive variety of trails that Kane County holds. This breathtaking area has incredible terrain to get out and enjoy the backcountry while enjoying spectacular views. There is so much to do in this county that a tour guide is a perfect way to get to see some of the fantastic outdoor recreation offered!

Katy Yardley is cooking up a mouthwatering meatloaf! This recipe is guaranteed to become a family favorite so check it out!
What you need:
2 lbs Yardley’s Premium Beef
Butter
One large yellow onion – diced
2 large carrots – grated
4 eggs
¼ cup cream or half and half
Worcestershire
Salt & Pepper
Ritz crackers – ground up
Ketchup
Dry mustard
Cane sugar OR brown sugar
Parsley for garnish
Steps:
Preheat over to 350
In one large pan melt ¼ cup of butter
Then Sautee diced onion and grated carrots
Once carrots and onions have softened remove from heat and let cool down
In one large bowl add 2 lbs Yardly’s Premium Beef
add softened vegetables
add 4 eggs
add ¼ cup cream or half and half
add a few dashes of Worcestershire
add salt and pepper
add ground up ritz crackers
then mix well
once well mixed shape as a loaf on your pan (we used a rack with parchment paper)
in a separate bowl for topping add 2 cups of ketchup
add 1-2 Tbps of dry mustard
add 1-2 Tbps of cane sugar or brown sugar
mix well and put a small portion on top of your meatloaf
cook in oven for 45 minutes
remove loaf and spread more topping on the loaf
place back in the oven and cook for another 25 minutes
remove and let cool
garnish with parsley then serve!

At Your Leisure is excited to share this new project with you that allows you to check out the trail before you leave! Our 360 trail videos are the perfect way to get ready to take on a new trail. For the 360 Trails Project we went out and rode the trails and recorded them with a hi-definition camera then breakdown all the information in an easy to process way. We want you to be able to get out and explore new areas and this project is meant to help reassure the rider and provide them an opportunity to answer all the big questions first. This new project is going to change the game when it comes to off highway recreation!
Kevin and Gina are helping with an important project from Utah State Parks that connects multiple trail systems in Uintah County, which is an incredible win for outdoor recreation!

We are checking gout this popular recreation area to show that it isn’t just for busy holiday weekends!
Little Sahara Recreation Area (LSRA) is 60,000 acres of sagebrush flats, juniper-covered hills, and free moving sand dunes located in Juab County, Utah. Less than a two-hour drive from Salt Lake City, LSRA provides an experience unlike any other for OHV fun and camping. Visitors frequent the recreation area for the challenges of climbing the 700-foot tall Sand Mountain, network of dirt trails around Black Mountain, low-lying dunes for beginners, and the White Sand Dune bowls.
Visitors to LSRA also enjoy hiking in the 6,000-acre Rockwell Outstanding Natural Area, fat-biking on the dunes, sandboarding/skiing down Sand Mountain, and wildlife viewing. Two children sand play areas are available in White Sands Campground and the Jericho Picnic Area. Motorized vehicles are not permitted inside the play areas.
The recreation area offers 255 improved campsites with access to 40 toilets, two sources for potable water, and 16 miles of paved roads. The campsites are located within four campgrounds: White Sands, Oasis, Jericho, and Sand Mountain. In addition to a Visitor’s Center and campground amenities, LSRA has a fire station, engine bay/shop, and a bunkhouse for wildfire personnel.
LSRA records more than 20,000 visitors on the busy weekends of Easter, Memorial Day, and Labor Day, and 300,000 visitors annually. All fees collected are used to keep the site clean and open to the public.

Lençóis Maranhenses is one of the most unique places in the world that is an outdoor recreationists dream! This desert like environment has stunning and landscape and incredible views! We are talking about 156 thousand acres of dunes, rivers and an incredible scenery. In between the dunes there are lagoons formed by the rain that falls on the area in the first half of the year. The Park has white sand dunes that are 50 meters high and lagoons with crystal-clear waters. Its warm waters have shades that vary between blue and green, and contrast with the whiteness of the dunes.
This week on At Your Leisure, Chad and Ria are checking out some incredible trails in the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, which just reopened to OHVers after over two decades!

Opened to the public as a State Park in 1964, Camp Floyd, named in honor of Secretary of War John Floyd, was built by the army with the help of local citizens. The Army pumped nearly $200,000 into the local economy to build Camp Floyd. Camp followers soon increased the population of Camp Floyd and Fairfield to 7,000, making it the third largest city in the Utah territory. At their height, Camp Floyd was the largest military installation in the United States. Today, all that remains is the Commissary Building, which serves as a Camp Floyd museum, and the cemetery.

The Utah legislature has recently changed its rules and regulations regarding out of state OHV registration. If a machine is registered in another state, you will now need a permit to hit the incredible trails here in Utah! The permits are valid for one year, they are $30, and the money is used to help make your off-road experience the best it can be!
The money will go back into the trail systems, keeping trails open, improving trails, and more!

June 6th, historically remembered as D-Day, is perhaps one of the most important days in the past century of history. It symbolizes the turning of the tide in World War Two and serves as a reminder of the great sacrifice our service members make to this day. To honor the thousands who stormed the beaches of Normandy is not an easy task, but the Commemorative Air Force Museum of Heber gives everyone the chance to do just that.
Chad is checking out the breathtaking views and incredible trails in Emery County, and showing us what life looks like in the area after the land bill! Rest assured, this area is still prime for outdoor enthusiasts to get out and explore!

What’s New:
We are back in Katy Yardley’s kitchen to check out another incredible recipe made with Yardley’s Premium Beef, raised locally here in Utah!
What You’ll Need:
2lbs Steak Burger
1 onion (diced)
2-3 carrots (diced)
3 celery stalks (diced)
8 oz water chesnuts
2 cans of cream of mushroom
1/3 cup soy sauce
4 cups chow mein
Steps:
Season and brown ground beef
add in diced veggies
cook for an additional five minutes
add water chesnuts
add soy sauce
add cream of mushroom
place in casserole pan, spread evenly
cover with foil
bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
remove from oven
remove covering
top generously with chow mein
place in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes
let rest for 20 minutes

This week Katy Yardley is sharing an absolutely mouthwatering recipe that she’s cooking with Yardley’s premium steak burgers!
What you need:
1/3 lb Burger Patties
Salt and Pepper
Butter
1 onion sliced
Pre-sliced mushrooms
1 box beef broth
1 Tbsp brown gravy mix
1 Tbsp flower
Worcestershire sauce
kitchen bouquet
Steps:
salt and pepper patties
put on stove top
flip after 3-4 minutes
put sliced onion in pan
add mushrooms
set aside 1/4 cup beef broth
pour remainder in pan
turn up the heat
reach simmer
add 6 dashes of Worcestershire
add 1 splash kitchen bouquet
in a separate container mix flower, 1/4 cup broth, and gravy mix
gradually stir in gravy
place patties in pan
turn heat down to low
simmer for about 20 minutes
serve
